This tutorial was written for PSP 7 and making use of preshapes and vectors. All kinds of country plaques can be made using this method. One thing about this plaque I would like to point out is you can use anything around the house to make a graphic. The angel is a pin an internet friend sent me. It is very shiny so I reduced the opacity to make it blend in with the plaque.
