Spinach Salad

2 Bunches cleaned spinach
2 packages Top Ramen Noodles (do not use the seasonings)
1 Small package slivered almonds
1 1/2 oz jar of sesame seeds
1/2 cube butter
1 Bunch of greens onions, sliced (optional)
 
Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar (I use red wine vinegar)
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

Crush noodles in their bag and brown in butter along with
the sesame seeds and almonds (let cool).  Add to spinach
and toss with dressing and onions.
