Cajun Dirty Rice

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
green onions (the green part) chopped:
1 yellow onion, chopped
chopped celery; about 2 or 3 stalks cut into little
pieces, but not chopped fine
Zatarain's crab boil
red pepper (to taste)
Zatarain's liquid crab boil (not too
much)
salt
worcester sauce, (not too
much)
5 cups cooked rice (mahatma is best rice, long
grain)
Sauté ground beef, putting all the spices in while
sautéing.
Remove beef from fat and add
beef to rice. Sauté peppers and celery
in beef fat (about 5 mins).
Add onions (white and green) and sauté (about 5
minutes);
add sautéed veggies and fat to
rice mixture and stir.
eat and enjoy :)
Notes:
Costco and Sam's Club may have the crab
boils.
Taste the meat after you put in spices, before you
remove. If you need more spice, put it in then. Be careful, it sneaks up on you
:)
Remember, if you buy beef which is too lean, you won't
have enough grease to sauté the veggies :)
