Whisk together.
Fold in: 3 cups strawberries, cut up
and
3 cups nonfat Cool Whip
Makes 18 - 1/2 cup servings at 1 pt each.
You can use frozen strawberries as long as no sugar
added,
but thaw and drain first.
You can substitute other fruits, too. Choc. fat free pudding and cherries
sounds good too.
A lot of people cut this
recipe in half.
