JAPANESE SALAD

2 Chicken Breasts (baked and chopped)
1 Large Head of Cabbage
6 Tbs. Sesame Seeds
1/4 Cup Chopped Almonds
1 Bunch Green Onions (about 6) Chopped
2 Packages Top Ramen Noodles
4 Tbs. Oil

Crunch up Noodles and gently fry in 4 Tbs. Oil until golden brown (DO NOT USE SEASONING PACKETS).  Drain on paper towels.  Toast Almonds and Sesame Seeds in oven.  Cut up (shred) Cabbage.  Mix together in large bowl.  Prepare dressing listed below and add when ready to serve.

Dressing:
Mix 1/2 to 1 cup oil, 4 Tbs. Sugar, 1 Tsp. Pepper, 2 Tsp. Salt, 1 Tsp. MSG (optional), and 6 Tbs. Rice Vinegar.
