Tenderized.

Can Crushed Pineapple, Undrained.
1 (8 oz)
Can Tomato Sauce.

Pkg. Dry Onion Soup Mix { half of a 2 3/4 oz box
}

Tbls. Prepared Mustard.
Trim fat from meat and cut into serving pieces.
In a small
bowl or 1 qt. measure, mix together
undrained pineapple, tomato
sauce, soup mix, and
mustard. In a 3 qt.
casserole dish, alternately layer
meat and sauce mixture.
Cover and place in micro-
wave oven. SET POWER AT
LOW. Cook 80 to 90
minutes, stirring or
redistributing meat after 40
minutes.
